Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to reship.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations cannot be processed.
